Returns & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return,
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Event Cancellation by BJSM NSW
BJSM NSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment, bad weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If BJSM NSW cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
If an event is cancelled, it will be posted on the BJSM NSW website (www.bjsmnsw.org.au) and its Social media channels like Facebook and Whatsapp group.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (72 hours) before the event.
The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (7) seven business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing or Phone call to BJSM NSW event organisers by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued by credit card or Online transfer only.
These above policies apply to all BJSM NSW events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
